  * Ocular melanocytosis
  * Iris Nevus
  * Iris Melanoma 
  * Iris Atrophy
    * Trauma
    * Fuchs' heterochomic iridocyclitis
      * Chronic unilateral anterior uveitis, iris atrophy and stellate keratic precipitates
  * Siderosis- intraocular hemorrhage or iron deposition from intraocular foreign body
  * Medications
    * Chronic prostaglandin analogues in one eye in a partially pigmented iris
