Apocrine Hydrocystoma of the conjunctiva

  • Ectopic deposition of apocrine glands
  • unicameral cystic cavity of the conjunctiva lined with double layer of cells with apical decapitations
  • May occur spontaneously, after strabismus surgery or conjunctival trauma
  • May have pigmentation
